This is my first time trying the sea moss gel with the Aloe. I've never eaten Aloe before so I was a little nervous. But honestly dunking a good 2 tbsps in your smoothie, you can barely taste it. I've had the 16oz for 2 weeks now and I'm halfway finished. If you consume smoothies daily, I'd suggest the largest size (which I'll be buying very soon:)
