JUST ADD WATER AND BLEND
- Thaw for two hours before blending
- Mix sea moss package with 16 oz. of spring water. Add Bladderwrack and Burdock Root for added minerals and benefits.
- Blend for approximately three minutes or until mixture has stopped spinning for at least 30 seconds
- Refrigerate

This is really potent and it works really well in my system as well as on my hair plus face. I will tell you the results I'm getting is happening very fast. I've used dried sea moss but it's not the same. I went 3 days without taking it on purpose and started experiencing hot flashes, allergies, gland swelling and skin irritation. As soon as, I took 3 tblsp in one cup full of mango, pineapple, papaya, advacado, banana and cherry tart juice concentrate I couldn't sit down. I felt great and don't even need to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. My skin glows after each sea moss facemask plus my skin is clearing fast. I honestly love love love the product. It has only been a few days using and I feel a slight change in my body for the better. Definitely more energized! I plan to purchase again, although I wish you had an option to purchase bigger amounts for a decent price! I did t realize how tiny the package would be.
